• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals.
• Screen resumes conduct initial phone and virtual interviews and assess candidates technical skills cultural fit and career aspirations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom job posting and candidate outreach to interview coordination offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment regulations.
• Develop and nurture talent pipelines for hardtofill technical roles building relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
• Provide regular recruitment metrics and status updates to senior leadership and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Represent Victory Consulting Firm LLC at career fairs industry conferences and community events to promote the employer brand.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of technical recruiting practices including sourcing techniques for software engineering data science IT infrastructure and related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate job requirements and company value proposition.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS platforms and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter GitHub or Stack Overflow.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism confidentiality and ethical standards.

• 24 years of experience as a technical recruiter or talent acquisition specialist preferably within a consulting technology or professional services environment.
• Track record of successfully placing candidates in roles such as software developer systems engineer data analyst and other technical positions.
• Experience using datadriven recruiting metrics to improve timetofill and quality of hire.
• Familiarity with the North Carolina labor market and regional talent pools.
• Experience conducting diversity and inclusion recruiting initiatives is a plus.
