Technical Recruiter

RFA Engineering () is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Technical Recruiter to support the growth of our engineering teams across the US. This role will focus on identifying attracting interviewing and hiring top engineering and technical talent across a variety of industries and disciplines. This would be a hybrid position based out of our corporate offices in either Eden Prairie MN or Dubuque IA.

Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter you will focus on identifying attracting interviewing and hiring top engineering and technical talent across a variety of industries and disciplines. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships understands technical roles and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with hiring managers engineering leaders and candidates while playing a key role in supporting company growth.

Responsibilities

• Source recruit and screen engineering and technical candidates for contract contract-to-hire and direct hire opportunities
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle including sourcing interviewing scheduling offer coordination and onboarding support
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs technical skill requirements and team culture
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through LinkedIn job boards networking events referrals and direct outreach
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within applicant tracking systems and internal databases
• Develop and post job descriptions across recruiting platforms
• Support recruiting events career fairs university outreach and networking activities
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience
• Assist with recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition strategies
• Collaborate with internal teams on workforce planning and staffing priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience
• 2 years of recruiting staffing or talent acquisition experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities simultaneously
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn job boards and networking
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for engineering manufacturing software or technical positions
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools
• Experience working in a staffing agency or technical recruiting environment
• Understanding of engineering disciplines such as mechanical electrical software manufacturing or systems engineering
• Experience supporting campus recruiting or recruiting events

Salary Range: $60000-$80000 Commensurate with experience
