Job Summary

Job Title: SharePoint Consultant/SharePoint Project Manager

Location: Redmond WA

Duration: 6 Months

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a candidate with approximately 70 80% managerial experience and 20 30% technical expertise.
Strong Project Management & Delivery: Ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end (planning execution tracking and delivery) while balancing competing priorities.
M365 & Power Platform Expertise: Proven experience with SharePoint OneDrive Teams Copilot and Power Platform solutions in a business environment.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical requirements and align cross-functional teams.
Governance Compliance & Risk Awareness: Familiarity with regulatory standards and data governance compliance and security practices in M365.
Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity drive solutions and continuously improve processes in a dynamic environment.
Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of SharePoint architecture Microsoft 365 administration SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
Project Management: Proven experience in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Agile methodologies and project documentation.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams including developers administrators and security teams.
Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional) or Microsoft Certifications are highly valued.
