We are looking for a strong Technical Onsite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery manage client stakeholders and ensure timely execution of complex technology programs. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership technical depth and stakeholder management.

We are looking for a strong Technical Onsite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery manage client stakeholders and ensure timely execution of complex technology programs. The role requires a blend of delivery leadership technical depth and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall delivery responsibility for assigned programs including scope timeline quality and cost
- Act as the primary interface with client stakeholders including business and IT leadership
- Drive program planning execution and governance across onsite and offshore teams
- Manage delivery risks issues and dependencies with proactive mitigation plans
- Ensure adherence to SLAs KPIs and contractual commitments
- Lead solution discussions and provide technical direction where required
- Coordinate with cross functional teams including architecture development QA and support
- Drive continuous improvement productivity and automation initiatives
- Support pre sales solutioning and client presentations as needed
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes (ERP CRM Cloud Digital platforms)
- Strong experience with Agile delivery tools like JIRA and reporting frameworks
- Experience with modern architectures including APIs microservices and cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP)
- Good grasp of DevOps CI CD and agile delivery models
- Ability to engage in technical discussions and guide teams on design and implementation
Requirements
- 12 years of experience in IT delivery with at least 5 years in a delivery leadership role
- Proven experience managing large scale multi geography delivery teams
- Strong client facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in onsite offshore delivery model
- Excellent communication leadership and problem solving skills
- Ability to handle high pressure situations and drive outcomes
