Job Description
Qualification:
- Proven experience managing the implementation and deployment of large scale enterprise wide projects
- Experience working with multiple simultaneous projects/applications at various stages with competing priorities and shifting timelines
- A good understanding and proven work experience with various SDLC methodologies
- Proven experience managing projects using Agile and Waterfall
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar accreditation highly desirable
- Experience with delivering Vulnerability Risk Remediation projects highly desirable
- Experience with delivering Tech Stack upgrade projects desirable
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders management end users project team members and vendors
- Strong cross functional leadership experience in a matrix environment
- Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts information plans and procedures to both technical personnel and non-IT business users
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed planning and to perform risk assessments and develop associated risk mitigation plans
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills with an ability to elicit results from cross-functional teams
- Expertise in conducting efficient and effective meetings
- Proven exceptional project management experience across multiple timelines simultaneously
- Solid working understanding of Government Security standards and Regulatory requirements
