Role Overview

Client is seeking a client-facing Technical Project Manager to support a growing Professional Services team. This role will manage implementation and migration projects as clients transition from existing platforms to clients workload automation software. The engagement is initially contract-based to help manage increased workload with the possibility of becoming longer-term.

Key Responsibilities

Lead client-facing implementation and migration projects
Oversee migrations across cloud-native on prem/mainframe and hybrid environments
Own end-to-end project delivery including:
- Timeline and milestone management
- Budget oversight
- Internal and client-facing status reporting
- Stakeholder coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Partner closely with internal engineering and professional services teams

Required Experience & Skills

5 years of Project Management experience
Strong background in implementation and/or migration projects
Proven client-facing project leadership experience
Comfortable managing budgets and executive-level reporting
Strong experience with:
- MS Project (primary PM tool required)
- Smartsheet (project tracking)
- Jira (ticketing)
- Confluence (documentation/change tracking)
PMP certification not required

Top 3 Requirements

Client-facing Project Management experience
Cloud and/or platform migration experience
Strong hands-on experience with MS Project
