Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end program delivery across a defined portfolio.
- Drive planning cadences and attain commitments with confidence managing risks and trajectory against committed goals.
- Identify and mitigate cross-team dependencies before they become blockers.
- Build and maintain program health reporting (RAID logs dashboards status updates) for leadership visibility.
- Facilitate technical and cross-functional discussions to unblock decisions and drive alignment.
- 6 years in technical program/project management.
- Software Development background.
- Strong technical fluency able to engage engineering on architecture and tradeoffs without being the implementer.
- Rigorous execution: structured planning risk management and follow-through under ambiguity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
- Track record of scaling process or reusable frameworks.
- Experience with tools like Jira Dragonboat Slack and Betterworks (or equivalent PPM/collaboration stacks).
- Fintech knowledge is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
