Technical Produxt Owner

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to support a large-scale enterprise transformation and migration initiative. The Technical Product Owner will work closely with engineering QA business analysts vendors product teams and business stakeholders to define requirements manage product backlogs coordinate delivery and ensure technical solutions align with business objectives and program timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in product management product ownership program/project management Agile delivery stakeholder management roadmap planning dependency management and enterprise technology transformations.

Experience with document composition customer communications management (CCM) print and digital communications ecosystems and platforms such as EngageOne or Quadient is highly preferred.

• Develop and maintain product/project roadmaps delivery plans and integrated schedules.
  
• Manage feature backlogs priorities dependencies and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams.
  
• Lead requirements gathering and ensure epics features user stories use cases and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
  
• Partner with engineering QA business analysts architects vendors and business stakeholders to drive delivery.
  
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement prioritization planning and execution.
  
• Track milestones deliverables risks issues actions assumptions and decisions (IRAADs).
  
• Identify escalate and resolve blockers scope changes dependencies and delivery risks.
  
• Provide leadership with status reports dashboards presentations and program documentation.
  
• Support organizational change management communications training adoption and rollout activities.
  
• Ensure alignment between business objectives technical solutions product priorities and migration timelines.
  
• Support enterprise technology migration modernization and transformation initiatives.
  
• Coordinate dependencies across multiple technology teams and external vendors.
  
• Drive decision-making and ensure key decisions and actions are documented and communicated.
  

• 5 years of experience in Technical Product Ownership Product Management Program Management Project Management or a related role.
  
• Experience working on large-scale enterprise transformation or technology migration initiatives.
  
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies backlog management prioritization and product delivery.
  
• Proven ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and vendors.
  
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level engagement.
  
• Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into actionable work plans and user stories.
  
• Strong experience in risk management issue resolution escalation and decision-making.
  
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
