Technical Product Owner

Job Description

Key Activities

-Develop and maintain project roadmaps delivery plans and integrated project schedules.

-Manage feature backlogs priorities dependencies and cross-team coordination across multiple workstreams.

-Facilitate requirements gathering and ensure user stories use cases and acceptance criteria are well-defined.

-Drive execution with engineering QA business analysts vendors and business stakeholders.

-Track milestones deliverables risks issues actions assumptions and decisions (IRAADs).

-Escalate and resolve blockers scope changes and delivery risks.

-Maintain leadership reporting status updates and program documentation.

-Support organizational change management communications training and rollout activities.

-Ensure alignment between business objectives technical solutions and migration timelines.



Required skills: -Strong product management program management and project management skills particularly in large-scale transformation initiatives.

-Ability to manage complex dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.

-Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including executive-level engagement.

-Experience with Agile delivery backlog management and prioritization.

-Ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into actionable work plans.

-Strong risk management issue resolution and decision-making capabilities.

-Familiarity with document composition print and digital communications ecosystems migration programs and enterprise technology platforms.

-Proficiency with tools such as Jira Rally Smartsheet Aha! and Microsoft Teams.

-Worked with or in EngageOne Quadient or other composition systems.
