What You Will Do

• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends.
• Analyze user data and performance metrics to drive product improvements and enhance user experience.
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that reflects business objectives and customer needs.
• Facilitate communication between engineering design and business teams to ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.
• Present product updates and insights to stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment with company vision.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 28 years of experience in product management preferably in software development or AI-driven environments.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript with a strong understanding of product development processes.
• Experience working in agile methodologies and familiarity with tools for project management.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate findings into actionable product strategies.

Preferred

• Experience in the defense manufacturing or environmental sectors.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and their application in operational settings.
• Strong communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.

Compensation and Benefits
