Kasheesh operates under sponsor bank oversight as a regulated card program. Youll be building within that compliance framework daily. Card network rules KYC/AML obligations and data privacy constraints will shape what you can build what you can promise partners and how fast you can move. Experience navigating this environment is required.

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $150000-$175000. This role is also be eligible for commission. All full-time employees also receive an equity compensation package. You will be eligible to enroll in medical dental and vision insurance plans including one fully covered option for employees and their dependents. We also offer a 401(k) match a monthly wellness stipend basic life insurance unlimited vacation time and weekly team lunches in our NYC office.

Location

Our office is based New York City. Employees are expected to work from the office three days per week.
