We are seeking experienced technical professionals with deep expertise in UTS to support the delivery of advanced operational training. This role combines technical subject matter expertise with instruction mentoring and curriculum development to educate operational personnel on UTS capabilities methodologies and applications. Successful candidates will possess broad technical knowledge operational awareness and a passion for teaching.
- Deliver technical instruction related to UTS systems capabilities and operational applications.
- Develop hands-on exercises and practical demonstrations.
- Explain complex technical concepts to operational audiences.
- Support curriculum development and continuous course improvements.
- Evaluate student performance during classroom and practical exercises.
- Collaborate with operational instructors to integrate technical content into realistic training scenarios.
- Stay current on evolving UTS technologies and operational applications.
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph.
- Extensive technical expertise in one or more aspects of UTS.
- Broad understanding of multiple UTS disciplines and capabilities.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Formal UTS training or certification.
- Previous instructor or training experience.
- Field operational experience.
- Experience developing technical curriculum or instructional materials.
- Years of direct applicable experience with this work and the customer
- Relevant education certifications and training
- Contract labor category requirements skill level contract bill rate and hours allocation
- Alignment with the positions responsibilities
