Job Title:Technical Lead(IVR)
Location: Washington D.C(Hybrid or remote work model subject to customer direction)

Role Summary
The Technical Lead will provide technical leadership and coordination across IVR development integration testing and migration activities supporting the GOV CUSTOMER modernization program.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution coordination across development teams
- Support architecture alignment with Internal and Microsoft infrastructure teams
- Review technical designs and implementation approaches
- Coordinate integrations deployment activities and environment readiness
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution during migration activities
- Ensure adherence to coding testing and release standards
- Provide mentorship and technical oversight to development teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of IVR/contact center technical delivery experience
- Experience with Nuance Mix or comparable IVR platforms
- Strong understanding of telephony conversational AI and IVR workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale deployments
- Strong troubleshooting and technical leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in public sector or regulated environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft/Azure contact center ecosystems
