Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead Full Stack to lead the design development and delivery of scalable web applications using Angular Nodejs and NET Core The role requires hands on technical leadership ownership of architecture and code quality and close collaboration with business and customer stakeholders

Roles Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis solution design and architecture discussions
• Own technical decisions estimations task breakdown and sprint planning
• Design and develop Angular based frontend applications
• Architect and implement backend services and microservices using Nodejs and NET APIs
• Define and enforce coding standards design patterns and best practices
• Perform code and functional reviews to ensure high quality deliverables
• Mentor and guide development teams act as technical escalation point
• Support QA UAT production issues and root cause analysis
• Lead new plant rollouts deployments and post go live support
• Deliver technical demos and presentations to customers and stakeholders

Technical Leadership Expectations

• Strong expertise in object oriented design principles and microservices architecture
• Hands on experience with Angular Nodejs and NET enterprise applications
• Knowledge of HTTPHTTPS MQTT TCPIP protocols
• Experience with token based and certificate based authentication
• Strong understanding of SQL database design
• Experience with CICD automated testing and AgileScrum methodologies
• Ability to quickly adopt new technologies and lead teams effectively
• Excellent troubleshooting communication and stakeholder management skills
