CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

SALARY: Anticipated starting salary range is $90000.00 - $105000.00 annually with complete fringe benefit package including competitive health insurance dental insurance basic life insurance long-term disability insurance paid sick vacation and personal leave educational benefits for employee/spouse/dependents and excellent retirement benefits. POSITION: Full-Time Technical ERP Systems Analyst (Staff Associate):Information Technology Services; Haverhill Campus; 37.5 hours per week; Non-Unit Professional Position. SUMMARY: The Technical ERP Systems Analyst provides advanced systems analysis database administration support technical support and complex integration management for the Ellucian Banner Student module and related ecosystems. Acting as the IT Liaison for Admissions Financial Aid Student Accounts and the Registrars Office this position ensures seamless data synchronization between Banner and critical edge applications including Ellucian Degree Works and Nelnet Campus Commerce. A primary duty of this role is evaluating business workflows and designing solutions that align strictly with Ellucians baseline product standards and industry best practices. The analyst utilizes structured business process modeling techniques to identify manual inefficiencies guiding departments to adjust their administrative workflows to fit native ERP capabilities thereby eliminating custom code and maintaining native system stability.
