We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking highly qualified candidates for a position with a top-tier client.

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Create drafted parts and product structures to support production operational and quality concerns.

• Perform model definition changes based on engineering input and translate conceptual ideas into physical part geometry and assembly definitions.

• Support real-time fabrication and production flow issues.

• Collaborate with Design Quality Manufacturing Suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.

• Support materials and process engineering activities throughout the aircraft lifecycle.

• Conduct failure analysis and non-conformance support related to components and manufacturing issues.

• Develop and maintain technical requirements specifications and engineering documentation.

• Participate in a fast-paced collaborative production environment focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and drafting experience.

• 6 years of aerospace design experience including:

  • Detail and assembly parts

  • Product structures

  • Metallic part machining

• Experience with CATIA or equivalent solid modeling tools.

• Experience using Integrated Visualization Tool (IVT).

• Basic understanding of computer-aided design (CAD) and aerospace product structures.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
