Job Summary
Position Summary
We are seeking a senior Technical Consultant to support a focused NetSuite and finance transformation assessment. This individual will lead business and finance discovery assess current processes and connected applications evaluate ASC 606 revenue recognition practices and translate findings into a prioritized executive roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder discovery across finance operations reporting sales and technology.
- Assess finance and accounting processes reporting requirements controls manual workarounds and system handoffs.
- Evaluate ASC 606 revenue recognition across contracts performance obligations transaction price standalone selling price allocation recognition methodology revenue schedules GL posting and reconciliations.
- Identify process documentation data control and system gaps.
- Assess connected applications and integrations including opportunities to retain replace or re-integrate existing tools.
- Develop recommendations priorities dependencies and implementation roadmap activities.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Strong finance/accounting transformation experience.
- Deep working knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition.
- Experience with ERP-enabled finance transformation; NetSuite exposure strongly preferred.
- Strong process assessment controls reporting and integration experience.
- Senior-level consulting presence with excellent discovery facilitation and executive communication skills.
