You willnpartner closely with Privacy Engineering Privacy Legal and our Services productnteams to ensure we use best-in-class privacy practices features andncompliance guidelines when launching experiences role requires someone who is fluent in privacy principles technically savvynand able to lead programs that reduce risk while enabling innovation. Youll alsonpartner with cross-functional global teams including Central MarketingnOperations to help drive operational efficiency in how privacy requirements arenimplemented in marketing workflows. Your efforts will impact platforms touchingnmillions of customers and developers worldwide.

As a Technical Compliance Lead youll build and support a privacy compliancenprogram for our Product Design and Marketing teams serving as the programnlead for privacy-by-design implementation. Youll partner closely with and benclosely advised by multiple legal teams while driving execution acrossnProduct Design and tackle novel problems manage multiple projects with varying levels ofnurgency and impact and research experiment and collaborate on new candidates are passionate about privacy can work throughnambiguous problems independently and enjoy context-switching betweennprojects. Strong candidates also have a track record of driving complexnregulatory work that requires input and prioritization across multiplenorganizations.

Translate legal and regulatory requirements (e.g. DMA GDPR CCPA) into actionable business-facing programs that are auditable and sustainablenDefine and drive compliance requirements including data mapping risk assessments and incident preparednessnMonitor evolving privacy and compliance regulations and ensure technical controls meet or exceed compliance expectationsnSupport internal audits and external assessments by organizing and communicating technical privacy safeguardsnDevelop training and enablement materials to help Product Design and Marketing teams operationalize privacy requirementsnPartner with Central Marketing Operations to build scalable privacy-compliant marketing workflows

10 years of experience managing complex programs in privacy security or data governancenStrong understanding of global privacy laws and their technical implications (e.g. data minimization purpose limitation encryption access control)nFamiliarity with frameworks such as ISO 27701 NIST Privacy Framework or privacy impact assessments (PIAs)nTechnical fluency able to engage with engineers and understand systems architecture even without writing codenWorking knowledge of SQL or similar tools to support data mapping and risk assessmentsnExperience leading projects involving AI/ML integration into automated marketing messaging and consumer-facing applicationsnExperience working in cross-functional environments with product engineering legal and compliance stakeholdersnExperience partnering with privacy and legal teams to evaluate global data usagenFlexibility to manage rapidly changing time-constrained schedulesnExperience working across different global cultures a plusnAbility to communicate clearly with all levels of managementnStrong leadership skills with the ability to partner effectively and influence stakeholdersnStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

B.S./M.S. in a relevant or quantitative discipline: Engineering ComputernScience Operations Research Data Science Mathematics Statistics and/or EconomicsnPrivacy certifications such as CIPT CIPP/US or CISM
