In this role you will be a Technical Buyer for a client in the water/waste water this role you will be responsible for preparing cost estimates for building automation and control systems projects.

This is a temp to possible perm role that must be performed on-site.

The pay on this role ranges $30.00 to $50.00 an hour based on experience.

Job Requirements:

3 years of experience in controls estimating electrical estimating or building automation systems
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Construction Management or a related field is preferred
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
Ability to use estimating softwares and Microsoft Office
Develop labor estimates
Track purchases and negotiate for better pricing
Assist in purchasing components
