Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements improve business processes and support technology implementations. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather document and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to identify project needs.
- Create business requirement documents functional specifications and process flows.
- Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Agile projects through backlog management and user story development.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with testing defect management and production support activities.
- Develop reports presentations and project documentation.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
