Technical Business Analyst

Our client a IT Services and Consulting company is looking for a Technical Business Analyst for their Columbus GA location.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes identify gaps and modernization opportunities and translate business needs into clear requirements user stories process flows and use cases. Collaborate with business operations development and QA teams to validate solutions support UAT perform impact analysis and ensure alignment with business and non-functional requirements.
• Support backlog refinement prioritization root cause analysis reporting documentation knowledge transfer and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with internal controls and data protection standards.

• Mandatory skills: SDLC Concepts Business Analysis Requirements Management Process Focus JCL COBOL SQL and Mainframe utilities.
• Preferred skills: Loyalty knowledge
• Years of experience required: 7-10
• Seasoned Business Analyst with 810 years of experience supporting mainframe-based business operations process optimization and functional requirement delivery in a hybrid work model.
