What You Will Do:

• Design develop oversee the implementation and support ofcomprehensive technical architectures and autonomationcode for classified digital services ensuring scalability securityand performance.
• Collaborate with senior business analysts project managers andother high-level stakeholders to gather complex requirements andtranslate them into sophisticated technical solutions.
• Ensure all architectural solutions adhere to classified projectsecurity requirements regulatory standards and industry bestpractices.
• Provide senior-level technical leadership and guidance todevelopment teams throughout the project lifecycle from initialconcept through implementation and support.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentationincluding high-level design specifications detailed diagrams andrigorous security guidelines.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure the successfuldelivery and seamless integration of solutions providing experttroubleshooting support as needed.
• Conduct in-depth architecture reviews and audits to ensure theintegrity quality and security of solutions.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposed solutionsensuring they align with both business and security objectives.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trendscontinuously improving solution offerings and driving innovationwithin the team.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects andtechnical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning anddevelopment.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 8 years of experience or an Advanced Degree and a minimum 5 years experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full stack development andtechnical architecture with at least 3 years in a classifiedenvironment.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect -Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expertor similar.
• Experience withDevSecOpspractices and tools with a focus onintegrating security into the development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with classified information handling protocols andregulations ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
• Previous experience in the aerospace and defense industry with adeep understanding of industry-specific challenges andrequirements.
• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles practices andcompliance requirements.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complexenterprise-level full stack solutions.
• Proficiency in various architectural methodologies and frameworkswith the ability to apply them to real-world scenarios.
• Expert knowledge of front-end and back-end technologiesincluding but not limited to JavaScript React Angular Python and database management systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability tostrategically address sophisticated business and technicalchallenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability tointeract effectively with senior stakeholders and executiveleadership.

This is a hybrid role Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 107500 USD - 204500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
