The Technical Analyst II is responsible for delivering superior services acting as a liaison between the line of business and IT with a focus on end user experience such as user interfacing user flow data flow and/or other UI/UX strategies. Defining and performing analysis design programming planning implementation and supporting moderate to complex systems software and procedures with a focus on our long-term technology road map which requires technical and systems knowledge. Manages plans organizes and controls projects which have an organizational impact as well as provides day-to-day support for complex applications systems.

You will analyze design test implement and support system solutions enhancements and process improvements defining requirements developing specifications and documentation and recommending effective solutions that ensure appropriate controls integration and reliable performance.
You will continuously monitor and maintain production systems to ensure availability performance and data integrity proactively identifying investigating and resolving issues implementing corrective actions and collaborating with stakeholders to minimize disruptions and support reliable business operations.
You will develop and execute test plans and test cases document testing outcomes and validate that solutions meet business and technical requirements analyzing defects and partnering with stakeholders to determine corrective actions and deployment readiness.
You will design develop and maintain reports queries and data outputs utilizing reporting tools SQL and PL/SQL documenting reporting requirements and delivering accurate timely information to support business operations and strategic decision-making.
You will provide business process modeling and estimates for projects and system enhancements leveraging Scrum methodologies to facilitate backlog refinement requirements gathering user story development and the definition of clear acceptance and success criteria while collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize work align solutions with business objectives and support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
You will keep management informed of progress and issues particularly as to needed changes in schedule resources or product status.
Duties may require some on-call support during non-business hours.
You may perform other duties as assigned.

This level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of (a/an) Bachelors Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field of study and / or 3-5 years of directly related experience in Technical Analysis Data Analytics or Bank Operations or equivalent combination of education and experience.
