Hours: 11pm-7am (Evening Shift)
The Team Leader Packaging/Labeling plays a vital role in ensuring efficient and compliant packaging operations supporting clinical trials and pharmaceutical products. Youll lead daily packaging activities maintain the highest standards of safety quality and regulatory compliance partner across departments drive continuous improvement and develop teams dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
- Coordinate daily packaging and labeling operations.
- Lead coach and develop team members.
- Ensure GMP compliance and accurate batch documentation.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues.
- Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor production metrics and documentation.
- Promote a safe compliant collaborative work environment.
- Advanced Degree with no prior experience required OR Bachelors Degree plus 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical/clinical trial packaging operations.
- Combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Preferred fields: Science Engineering or related discipline.
- Professional qualifications in the pharmaceutical or food industry beneficial.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing.
- Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
- Strong GMP and quality systems knowledge.
- Experience with batch record documentation.
- ERP systems Microsoft Office and production software proficiency.
- Strong organization communication analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and develop teams.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work in clean rooms lift up to 50 lbs and work various shifts.
