Responsibilities
Summary/objective
The Team Leader is primarily responsible for the upkeep quality output and accuracy of equipment processed by the assigned department.
Supervisory responsibilities
Coordination of team members within assigned department and shift
Essential functions
Able to work before and after regular business hours with or without notice
Able to work on weekends with or without notice
Use the PRG product database for Technical Service Notices
Ensures equipment assigned is kept to good working order
All markings and labels are removed from returned equipment
Ensure all software is current to PRG standards
Check and test equipment to ensure the unit is fully working
Ensure PRG labels are in place and up to current standards
Check items requiring repair intoservice
Manage this process through TEAM
Maintain ongoing cycle counts
Other duties as assigned

Work well under hard deadlines; ability to plan department workflow accordingly
Solid understanding of department production equipment and functionality
5 years of experience working with your assigned disciplines equipment (Audio/Video/LED/Lighting/Rigging/etc.)
Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a time-sensitive production environment
Competencies
Oversee a team of 3 or more experienced people in the execution ofpreventativemaintenancecleaningand testing of all types of equipment assigned to the department
