This role is ideal for experienced MLT/MLS professionals looking to step into (or grow within) a leadership position while continuing to apply their technicalexpertise. You will lead by example performing and overseeing complex testing across multiple laboratory disciplines while ensuring quality accuracy and addition to hands-on bench workyoullguide daily operations mentor and train staff and support their development through onboarding and ongoing education. The position also involves driving process improvementsmaintainingcompliance and quality standards managing equipment performance and inventory and updating procedures to support best practices. Qualifications

• ASCP Certification (MLS) required and maintained during employment (or acquired within 16 months)
