Weyerhaeuser in Cottage Grove OR has an open position for a Team Leader (Production Supervisor). This position is salaried and includes a full benefits package including low-cost health insurance and 401(k) company contribution of 5% and company match up to 3%.

The training period will consist of learning the business spending time with people in various roles coaching feedback and on-the-job training. This will involve job shadowing other Team Leaders who work various shifts so you must be available to work any shift. At the end of the training period youll be assigned to a shift.

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program and we are targeting a salary range of $69000 - $104000 based on your level of skills qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.
