Team Leader BookkeepingData Processing

POSITION SUMMARY:The Team Leader is responsible for balancing and reconciling all Data Processing bank accounts within the practice management system and communicating any variances to the Accounting addition the Team Leader posts insurance payments and assists the department manager with special projects and other departmental needs. This role also serves as the primary point of contact for new department employees providing training guidance and support as & EXPERIENCE:High school diploma or equivalent requiredQUALIFICATIONS:Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential informationComposure in fastpaced highpressure environmentsWillingness and ability to learn new technologiesDependable punctual and highly detailorientedStrong multitasking and independentwork capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAccurate documentation skillsAbility to follow established workflows consistentlyMust be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel and SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM
