Dynamic Hope Schools is a nonpublic school providing instruction and behavioral services to students with special needs.
The teaching assistant provides support to teachers in an assigned classroom daily and will fill in for teacher absences for all classrooms. The daily schedule includes working in the classroom working directly with teachers to plan lessons work with a small group of students or one-on-one with students to assist with their learning. Duties include:Preparing the classroom for lessonsAssisting with lesson plansSupporting children across the curriculumPBIS RewardsRecording and reporting a students progress to the teacherMotivating and encouraging studentsSupervising students during school trips or activitiesTeaching classes on their own for a teacher absence
