Job Summary
Pay Range: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

The Preschool Aide assists in creating a positive learning environment that supports the growth development and individual needs of each child. Under the direction of the classroom teacher the aide helps ensure a safe engaging and nurturing classroom experience for all students.
- Assist in creating a learning and emotional environment that promotes each childs growth and development
- Support classroom activities lesson preparation and mealtimes
- Help maintain classroom management and implement daily schedules and routines
- Encourage positive behavior and a productive learning environment
- Support students with and without special needs
- Provide general supervision of children under the direction of the classroom teacher
- Maintain a clean organized and well-stocked classroom and building environment
- Assist with before-school and after-school wraparound childcare programs
- Perform other duties as assigned
