Job Overview: The Standards Instruction & Professional Learning (SIPL) team is committed to providing high-quality evidence-based and sustained professional learning that empowers educators and strengthens student outcomes across the state of Montana. The Teacher Learning Hub Coordinator provides statewide leadership for the planning development implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of the Montana Teacher Learning Hub. This position serves as the agencys lead coordinator for digital professional learning by partnering with Office of Public Instruction programs external organizations institutions of higher education school districts and educational partners to design develop deliver and evaluate high-quality professional learning that aligns with ARM 10.55.714 Learning Forward Standards and statewide instructional priorities. The position provides leadership in instructional design learning technologies accessibility quality assurance customer support professional learning systems and data-informed decision making to ensure Montana educators have equitable access to engaging evidence-based professional learning opportunities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (Behaviors):

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience):

Bachelors or masters degree in education.

Three years of progressively responsible experience in education instructional leadership professional learning instructional design educational technology project management or related fields.
