Teacher ESL ( Anticipated)

Qualifications:

• Hold a New Jersey English as a Second Language Certification
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of teaching English as a second language
• Knowledge of the WIDA English Language Development Standards Framework
• Knowledge of child growth and development effective instructional strategies and classroom management.
• Knowledge of assessment and data analysis for instructional purposes
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English orally and in writing. Use proper grammar and vocabulary with students staff parents administrators and the community.
• Exhibit a personality that demonstrates enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to relate well with students staff administration parents and the community.
• Demonstrate the ability to use electronic equipment for word processing data management digital technology to augment authentic learning information retrieval visual and audio presentations and telecommunications.
• Must be computer literate
• Highly motivated result-driven educator
