The Teacher Elementary supports the instructional program by providing classroom instruction aligned with district curriculum standards supervising students in classroom and school environments developing lesson plans and collaborating with staff and families to support student learning and development. The teacher monitors student progress maintains classroom management and promotes a safe engaging learning environment.
- Adapt classroom instruction to address diverse learning needs and individualized student plans.
- Administer developmental and subject-specific assessments to evaluate student progress and inform instruction.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with district curriculum guidelines and learning objectives.
- Facilitate student learning through group and individual instruction designed to promote academic and interpersonal growth.
- Manage student behavior to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
- Counsel students to support academic performance personal development and problem-solving skills.
