Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Michigan teaching certificate.
• Endorsement(s) sought: K-12 NS K-5 All & K-8 Self Contained ZG K-12 FF Spanish
• Proficienc yin orla and written Spanish Required
• Fluency in Spanish Preferred
• Achievement of a minimum of ACTFL advanced low lanuage proficiency

• 2026-2027school year
• Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom enviornment
• Demonstrated ability to use assessment data to increase student achievement
• Familiarity with state standards ability to align instruction to curriculum standards strong content knowledge in ELA and Math
• Administer assesments to measure students proficiency and track their progress over-time
• Supportive attitude for collegial atmosphere for learning and improvement
• Prepare and implement lesson plan that incorporate language within content goals
• Plan collaboratively with colleagues to share the responsibility for instruction vertical curriculum alignment and to improve instructional strategies
• Attend trainings and meetings that support SIOP and Dual Language implementation
• Communicate effectively with students staff and parents
