• Assist lead teacher in the delivery of quality program support and services for children and families accessing the childcare and early childhood education programs of CHI St. Joseph Childrens Health.
• Aid in planning preparing and delivering lesson plans special activities and provocations that facilitate active learning consistent with the philosophies and objectives of CHI St. Joseph Childrens Health.
• Support in preparing and maintaining a safe healthy inviting nurturing and engaging environment for all children families and colleagues.
• Maintain positive and proactive approaches to discipline and student behavior in accordance with the behavior policy plans and mindful philosophies endorsed by CHI St. Joseph Childrens Health.
• Support the Lead Teacher in maintaining and regularly communicating accurate and complete records to students colleagues and parents regarding students progress development and needs as appropriate.
• Assist in updating all necessary records accurately and completely on students and activities as required by laws policies and school regulations.

• High School Graduate General Studies upon hire or
• High School GED General Studies upon hire and
• Experience with mentoring and supervising youth within a recreational or educational setting upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR within 30 Days and
• First Aid within 30 Days

• Other Enrollment in college-level coursework upon hire and
• Associate Of Arts AA degree or completion of 60 college-level semester units preferred upon hire and
• Fire Safety within 30 Days and
