NATURE OF WORK:
The TAM Apprenticeship allows students to apply the theory they have learned in the classroom to real-world work in the education career field. Students collaborate with staff in the process of learning and developing skills to work as future educators. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Possess effective organizational skills
- Possess effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to use technology effectively to complete tasks
- Possess the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
- Understand and maintain confidentiality in dealing with students staff and parents
