1st shift (United States of America)The incumbent will translate TD&Os capability priorities into events partner touchpoints and prospective-talent engagement that convert to applications offers and hires. Success is measured by the strength of the candidate journey the health of the TD&O partner portfolio and the applicant tracking and hire-impact outcomes (ROI/ROO) of every activation.
In support of this role the incumbent will be expected to:
Support the business side of Truists early-career recruiting activities to create a differentiated candidate experience across every touchpoint from first activation to offer acceptance.
Coordinate interviewer identification briefing and readiness for TD&O leaders and teammates participating in the recruiting cycle ensuring interviewers are prepared to represent Truist and TD&O well.
Facilitate host manager readiness for LPD full time and intern and nontraditional talent including onboarding preparation expectation-setting coaching resources and mid-experience check-ins that drive a strong participant experience and successful placements.
Own end-to-end execution of TD&O-hosted and co-hosted recruiting events and partnership activations including run-of-show day-of-logistics materials teammate engagement and executive briefings.
Drive structured post-event follow-up within 48 hours of every activation ensuring candidate touchpoints partner commitments and internal actions are closed out.
Manage year-round execution of contractual external partnership events tracking partner deliverables against SOW milestones and escalating risks in advance of key dates.
Serve as TD&Os day-to-day operational contact for external talent partners ensuring commitments are met invoices align to deliverables and outcomes are documented.
Maintain the central TD&O partnership dashboard as the single source of truth for activation status engagement and outcomes.
Design and manage a year-round talent communication program branded around Whats Happening in TD&O for prospective early-career talent Truist meets through partnership activations campus events and conferences.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

2. Identifies designs and implements improvements in operational workflows through technology and process enhancements.
3. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align business operations with technology strategies and organizational goals.
4. Independently analyses performance metrics to drive continuous operational improvements and provide process improvement suggestions to senior professionals.
5. Assists with integrating innovative solutions to enhance business outcomes and operational effectiveness.
6. Ensures compliance with organizational policies regulatory requirements and risk management standards.
7. Communicates operational status risks and improvement plans to stakeholders and leadership.
8. When applicable manages supplier activities to support effective cost control and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or equivalent education training and work-related experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
3. Strong knowledge of business processes and technology applications.
4. Proficiency in standard office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
Preferred Qualifications
1. Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in one or more of: early career or campus program execution event and partnership management talent marketing or business operations supporting a talent program.
2. Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end event execution including logistics day-of operations and post-event follow-up.
3. Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft candidate-facing and executive-facing content at pace.
4. Data literacy across Excel PowerPoint and dashboarding tools; comfort translating operational data into executive insights.
5. Ability to manage multiple concurrent events partners and deliverables under tight recruiting season timelines.
6. Financial services industry experience.
7. Experience designing and executing prospective-talent communication programs newsletters or nurture campaigns e.g. campus talent communities alumni networks or brand engagement pipelines.
8. Working knowledge of external early-career talent partners such as Year Up United Road to Hire Recruit Train Deploy organizations HBCU/HSI partner organizations and professional-development conferences.
9. Experience with prospective talent or partner CRM tools (Yello HubSpot Salesforce Marketo).
10. Experience preparing and coaching host managers mentors or executive sponsors for a talent program experience.
11. Experience managing contractual event deliverables SOWs and vendor invoicing.
12. Foundational project management training (CAPM PMP-in-progress or equivalent).
13. Familiarity with capability-based talent frameworks across Engineering Data & AI Cybersecurity Analysis & Operations and Product & Governance.
