Candidates with federal income experience in income tax provisions stock options start-up costs research & development credits and equity funding will be successful in this role. Senior Manager Level
The successful candidate will have Bachelors degree CPA or EA license and at least 8 years of experience working with technology companies (start-ups and mature entities with multi state and multinational operations).

Salary Range: $144000 minimum to $229758 maximum salary range
