Job Description:
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Prepare and review a variety of tax returns for individuals partnerships S corporations and other business entities.
- Assist clients with tax planning and compliance needs throughout the year.
- Research tax matters and develop practical solutions to client questions and challenges.
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering responsive proactive and personalized service.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to provide comprehensive solutions.
- Help ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
- Coach and mentor staff associates and interns as they develop their technical and professional skills.
- Contribute ideas that improve client service team effectiveness and firm processes.
- Support local businesses organizations and communities through meaningful client work and community involvement.
Your Desired Experiences Skills & Education:
- 2-6 years of tax experience in public accounting or a related industry role
- CPA license preferred or active pursuit of certification
- Accounting experience is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience
- Desire to learn grow and continuously improve
- Passion for helping teammates and clients succeed
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to bring fresh ideas
- High level of integrity professionalism and accountability
