Job Summary
Location: Hybrid in Cleveland or Akron Ohio
Manage a diverse portfolio of tax clients across a variety of industries.
Review complex federal state and local tax returns for corporations partnerships S corporations trusts and individuals.
Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to business owners and high-net-worth clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
Mentor coach and review the work of tax staff seniors and managers.
Assist with staff development performance evaluations and training initiatives.
Identify opportunities to improve client operations through proactive tax strategies.
Bachelors degree in Accounting required.
CPA license required.
6 years of recent public accounting tax experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience reviewing complex tax returns and supervising staff.
Familiarity with modern tax preparation and workflow software.
