Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented highly organized professional who enjoys administrative and data-focused work takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with both peers and internal stakeholders.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist with building organizing scanning and preparing client source file for use in tax preparation process
Utilize GoFileRoom (CRM/Project Management) Engagement Manager (Document Storage) and Adobe Acrobat software to organize and generate electronic client data
Assist Tax Administrators in assembly of client tax return deliverables
Other duties as requested by Tax Advisor and Tax Administrators
Required Qualifications:
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Applications
Actively participating in campus organizations preferably within a leadership role and/or professional work experience
Identify with Cerity Partners mission and demonstrate our core values
Strong collaboration interpersonal and communication skills
Keen consistent attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
