Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking an experiencedTask Project Manager IIIto oversee the planning coordination and execution of engineering and energy-related projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely on schedule within scope and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects and project tasks from planning through completion.

Track project schedules milestones budgets and deliverables.

Coordinate resources contractors and cross-functional project teams.

Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with safety quality and regulatory requirements.

Communicate project status and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Support project documentation reporting and continuous process improvement.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering Project Management or a related field preferred.

10 years of project or task management experience preferably in the energy or utility industry.

Strong organizational leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP)certification.

Experience managing engineering construction or utility projects.

Knowledge of project scheduling budgeting and regulatory compliance.
