Schedule: Tuesday through Sunday (Monday off plus one additional rotating day off)

We are seeking a friendly energetic and reliable Taqueria Attendant to join our team. This position plays a key role in providing excellent customer service preparing food maintaining a clean work environment and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced high-volume food service environment. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive attitude while delivering quality service to customers.

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
• Answer questions about menu items and provide recommendations.
• Handle customer requests and concerns in a professional manner.
• Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.
• Provide outstanding service that promotes a positive dining experience.

• Assist with food preparation including assembling tacos burritos and other menu items.
• Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain proper food handling safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed throughout the shift.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area kitchen and food preparation stations.
• Wash dishes utensils and kitchen equipment.
• Remove trash and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Keep work areas stocked and ready for service at all times.

• Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Assist team members during busy periods and peak hours.
• Help fulfill orders and support food delivery when needed.
• Participate in training and onboarding of new employees when assigned.

• Operate the cash register accurately.
• Process cash credit card and electronic payments.
• Follow all company cash handling procedures and policies.
• Balance transactions and provide accurate change to customers.

• Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and local health department requirements.
• Observe safety procedures to protect customers and team members.

• Previous experience in food service hospitality restaurant or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to bend reach and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Fast-paced restaurant environment with frequent customer interaction.
