Talent Sourcing Specialist Engineering & Construction

Location: Remote (Must reside in Greater Pittsburgh PA area)

Job Type: 6-Month Contract

Oxford Solutions is seeking a Talent Sourcing Specialist for a 6-month remote contract opportunity with a client in the engineering and technical services industry. This position will focus on identifying and engaging qualified candidates across architecture engineering construction (AEC) environmental infrastructure and corporate disciplines.

The ideal candidate has experience sourcing technical professionals strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and the ability to build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.

• Source and engage qualified candidates for engineering construction environmental infrastructure and corporate positions.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter Boolean searches and other sourcing techniques to identify talent.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial qualification.
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support priority hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within ATS/CRM systems.
• Track sourcing activity candidate submissions and interview results.

• 2 years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience sourcing candidates within architecture engineering construction (AEC) environmental infrastructure or related technical fields strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong communication organization and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches and collaborate with recruiters in a fast-paced environment.

• 6-month contract assignment.
• Remote position; candidates must reside in the Greater Pittsburgh PA region.
• Focus on candidate sourcing pipeline development and supporting strategic hiring initiatives.
