• Conduct phone-based screening interviews with pre-qualified individuals.
• Update candidate records and progress notes within our CRM system.
• Guide selected candidates through a remote onboarding sequence ensuring all steps are completed on time.

You must possess a reliable computer a smartphone with a stable data connection and high-speed internet service. To operate under a 1099 structure you will need to function as a corporate entity.
