• Guide top candidates through a step-by-step remote onboarding process ensuring all paperwork is complete.
• Maintain a consistent weekly volume of screenings to hit your income targets.

• A reliable computer a smartphone and a high-speed internet connection for video calls and data entry.
• To operate as a formal business entity: either an existing LLC with an EIN or a willingness to file one. Our training program includes clear guided instructions to help you set this up if you do not already have it.
