American Trucking Solutions maintains its business from a corporate desk setting. This remote role centers on building talent pipelines through structured phone screening and digital tracking. You will manage warm leads and application inquiries provided directly to youno cold calling or telemarketing involved.

This role pays on a 1099 structure. Your weekly take-home will range from $1000 to $2000 based on your consistent effort and pipeline development.

• Conduct phone-based screening conversations with candidates who have already shown interest
• Track each candidates progress and status using our CRM system
• Guide new hires through a remote onboarding sequence ensuring they complete all necessary steps

• A reliable computer and smartphone
• High-speed internet connection for VOIP calls and CRM work
• You must operate as a corporate entityeither already have an LLC with an EIN or be willing to file one. During training we provide step-by-step guidance to help you set this up.
