• Lead candidates step-by-step through our remote onboarding process answering questions and clearing roadblocks.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline flow to hit weekly placement targets.

• A reliable computer (laptop or desktop) with a modern operating system.
• A smartphone for on-the-go communication and quick follow-ups.
• High-speed internet connection to handle video calls and CRM access.
• Your own business entity: an LLC with an EIN is required. If you do not have one we provide clear step-by-step guidance during training to help you file it.
