Talent Partnerships Intern

Were a multi-market creative and communications agency with a growing presence in New York. Our work spans fashion beauty and lifestyle and more - and our New York showroom is at the heart of it. Were looking for a proactive detail-oriented intern to jump in across talent showroom operations events and PR projects.

What youll be doing

• Supporting the team on media and influencer list building keeping contacts current and well-organised
• Researching and benchmarking competitors campaigns and market trends to support client strategy
• Tracking social coverage across clients maintaining trackers sharing clippings with the team and inputting data into platforms like Mighty Scout (training provided)
• Assisting with outreach to press and talent helping draft and send notes as needed
• Supporting guest list management for events and brand activations from building the list to confirmations and day-of logistics
• Managing gifting logistics end-to-end - from coordinating send-outs to tracking deliveries and following up on coverage
• Keeping the showroom well-organised stocked and always press-ready

Who you are

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Social Media communications fashion or a related field (This internship is credit-based only)
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Genuinely passionate about beauty fashion or lifestyle
• Based in New York or able to commute into the office three days a week
