Talent Partner

Join our global Talent Acquisition team supporting Personal Health Innovation & Design and IT.

As a Talent Partner you will drive end-to-end recruitment activities act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders. You will manage a diverse portfolio of hiring needs ranging from commercial and business-facing roles to niche R&D and technology positions. Working across multiple functions requires strong stakeholder management adaptability curiosity and the ability to quickly understand different talent markets while delivering high-quality compliant hiring outcomes.


Your role:

  • Lead endtoend recruitment activities delivering a clear timely and professional experience for candidates and hiring managers across multiple functions.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to translate business needs into structured recruitment plans covering requirements timelines and quality expectations using data to guide decisions.

  • Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines through proactive sourcing market insights and effective talent acquisition strategies across commercial and niche R&D roles.

  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes align interview teams prepare candidate shortlists and support efficient compliant hiring decisions.

  • Guide the offer process in line with compensation guidelines manage candidate expectations and support onboarding while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.


Youre the right fit if:

  • You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Human Resources Organizational Development or equivalent.

  • Youve acquired a minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition HR Talent Onboarding or a related field; experience recruiting in FMCG or complex environments is a strong advantage.

  • Your skills include stakeholder management endtoend recruitment delivery candidate sourcing interview coordination and datadriven recruitment planning.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for thisposition.

  • You are a strong communicator who builds trusted partnerships maintains accurate records and consistently applies policies legal standards and ethical guidelines.

The pay range for this position in TN is $93000 to $148000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.

In addition other compensation such as anannual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program which includes a generous PTO 401k (up to 7% match) HSA (with company contribution) stock purchase plan education reimbursement and much more.
